Location: Ghansoli, Navi MumbaiExperience: 15+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Banking / Financial Services / Quality EngineeringAbout the RoleWe are looking for an accomplished Delivery Manager – QA & Testing with strong experience in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain.The role will be responsible for managing large-scale QA and testing delivery across banking and digital transformation programs, driving quality governance, stakeholder management, resource planning, managed services delivery, and continuous improvement.The ideal candidate will have robust exposure to Digital Banking, Core Banking, Payments, Lending and/or Wealth Management, along with experience managing large distributed QA teams and enterprise-level testing engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end QA and Testing delivery across multiple Banking and Digital Banking programs.Define and implement enterprise QA and Test Strategies aligned with business objectives.Manage large-scale managed services and SLA-driven testing engagements.Own test planning, estimation, resource planning, staffing, budgeting, forecasting and delivery governance.Lead Functional, SIT, UAT, API, Integration, Automation, Performance and Non-Functional Testing programs.Drive adoption of Test Automation and Quality Engineering practices across enterprise programs.Establish quality gates across Agile, DevOps and CI/CD environments.Manage executive reporting, governance reviews,



steering committee updates and quality forums.Lead stakeholder and vendor communication across business, technology and program teams.Drive defect triage, risk reviews, RCA and release sign-offs.Lead and mentor distributed QA/testing teams of approximately 40–60+ members.Drive capability building, succession planning and continuous improvement within QA functions.Key Requirements15+ years of experience in QA, Testing or Quality Engineering.5+ years in a Delivery Manager, QA Head, Test Manager or equivalent leadership role.Strong experience managing large-scale QA/testing delivery and managed services engagements.Proven experience managing distributed teams of 40–60+ members across multiple locations.Strong BFSI/Banking domain experience.Hands-on understanding of Digital Banking, Core Banking, Payments, Lending and/or Wealth Management.Strong understanding of banking processes, digital channels, APIs, integrations and enterprise banking transformation.Experience with enterprise test strategy, quality governance, automation, API/integration testing and release governance.Strong stakeholder management, executive communication and delivery governance skills.Exposure to Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and Quality Engineering practices.Preferred SkillsExperience with tools such as Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, Playwright, Katalon Studio, Postman/Newman and SQL would be advantageous.Exposure to AI-driven Quality Engineering and Intelligent Test Automation will be an added advantage.
