Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Design Engineer with 5 to 7

years of experience in Steel Structures to join our team in SES, Hosur.

Key Responsibilities1. Structural Analysis & DesignPerform structural analysis and design of metal building frames, secondary framing, and connections using industry-standard software (e.g.,

Tekla Structure Design, AutoCAD, and Idea Statica

).Ensure designs comply with applicable Euro-codes (IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, AISI, MBMA) and project-specific requirements for UK & EU standards.Knowledge in design performance for

PEB Steel StructuresOptimize designs for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability while maintaining structural integrity.2. Material Selection & ComplianceChoose appropriate construction materials based on structural requirements and environmental considerations.Ensure all designs and materials comply with local (EU, UK & US)



building codes and regulations.3. Project Coordination & ManagementCollaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate structural designs seamlessly into overall projects.Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.Conduct design review meeting with client & Consultants and address any in office challenges.4. Inspection & MaintenanceInspect existing structures to assess their condition and determine necessary repairs or reinforcements.Develop maintenance plans to prolong the lifespan of structures and ensure ongoing safety.5. Documentation & ReportingPrepare detailed reports, including design specifications, analysis results, and project updates.Maintain accurate records of all design modifications and construction activities.

Requirements· Educational B.E or M.E Structural.· Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CAD software and structural analysis tools such as , Tekla Structure Design, AutoCAD, and Idea Statica

.· Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities.· Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and reporting.· Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to design and analysis to ensure safety and compliance.·
