Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and result-driven spoken English/IELTS educator who can help students achieve their target band scores through structured guidance, real-time feedback, and interactive learning methods. If you love teaching English, correcting speaking & writing mistakes, and shaping global careers—this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:Conduct live spoken English classes (online)Design lesson plans focused on:Daily conversationGrammar in contextVocabulary buildingPronunciation improvementEncourage active participation and speaking practiceProvide personalized feedback to studentsTrack student progress and maintain performance reportsPrepare students for:InterviewsPublic speakingGroup discussions
What We’re Looking For -Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in English or related fieldMinimum 2-4 years of Spoken English teaching experienceStrong command of English (spoken & written)Ability to conduct engaging and interactive sessionsExperience handling international studentsStrong communication and mentoring skillsAbility to motivate low-confidence learners
