Sister Company of PythalAbout the Role We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Accountant

to manage the day-to-day accounts and financial records of our

real estate business . The role requires strong accounting fundamentals along with an understanding of project-related expenses, vendor payments, property transactions and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate

day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping .Record and reconcile all

receipts, payments, purchases, expenses and journal entries .Manage

accounts payable and accounts receivable .Track

project-wise income and expenses

for real estate and construction activities.Maintain records of

property-related payments, customer collections, advances and outstanding balances .Process and track

contractor, supplier and vendor bills and payments .Verify invoices, supporting documents and payment requests before accounting.Perform regular

bank and cash reconciliations .Maintain petty cash and monitor day-to-day office and project expenses.Prepare

monthly Profit & Loss statements, expense reports, cash-flow summaries and other MIS reports .Assist management with

project budgets, actual-vs-budget tracking and cost monitoring .Maintain proper documentation for agreements, invoices, receipts and financial transactions.Handle

GST,



TDS and other applicable statutory accounting and compliance requirements .Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and other external parties when required.Support payroll accounting and employee-related payments.Ensure accounting records are organised and updated for audits and management review.Requirements

B.Com / M.Com / Finance or Accounting-related qualification .Previous experience as an Accountant, preferably in

real estate, construction or property development .Strong knowledge of

Tally and MS Excel .Good understanding of

GST, TDS, invoicing and basic Indian accounting compliance .Experience with bank reconciliation, vendor accounting and financial reporting.Ability to maintain

project-wise accounts and cost records .Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.Added Advantage

Previous experience with a

real estate developer or construction company .Knowledge of

project costing and construction accounting .Experience preparing management-level

MIS and cash-flow reports .Familiarity with accounting or ERP software beyond Tally.What We’re Looking For

transparent picture of project costs, collections, outstanding payments and overall financial position .
