About the Role :We are looking for a Program Operations Associate to drive seamless execution across our university partnerships and internal teams. This role sits at the core of program delivery—ensuring that launches, learner communications, and operational workflows run with precision. You will work closely with university partners, sales, and internal teams to ensure that every cohort is executed to a high standard.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Launch CoordinationCoordinate with university partners on new programs, current cohorts of existing programs and on program specific.Support program launches and ensure operational readiness to go live.Coordinate with internal teams- marketing, operations, sales- to ensure smooth launch University & Internal Stakeholder ManagementAct as a single point of coordination between university stakeholders and internal teamsEnsure alignment on schedules, communications,
and deliverablesMaintain structured updates and documentation Sales & Communication SupportHandle specific queries from the sales team related to program delivery and operationsValidate and ensure accuracy of information being shared with learnersStandardize and manage outbound communication for consistency and clarity Operational ExcellenceOwn dispatch tracking (certificates, study materials, etc.) and ensure timely deliveryBuild and maintain trackers, SOPs, and process documentationIdentify gaps in execution and drive process improvements

What We’re Looking For:0–2 years of experience in operations, program management, or coordination rolesStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneouslyClear communication skills (written and verbal)High ownership mindset with the ability to follow through on tasksComfort working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
