We're looking for a passionate Senior Interior Designer who enjoys solving design challenges, collaborating with clients, and bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design and flawless execution.

What You'll DoIn addition to the responsibilities of an Interior Designer, you will:Lead residential interior design projectsIndependently manage client discussions, presentations, approvals, and design decisionsReview layouts, 3D models, working drawings, production drawings, and project documentationPrepare and review project quotationsMentor and guide Interior Designers throughout the design processAllocate work, review deliverables, and maintain design quality across projectsCoordinate with clients, vendors, production teams,



and project teams to ensure smooth project executionConduct regular site visits to monitor installation quality and resolve design or execution challengesEnsure project timelines, documentation, quality standards, and client satisfaction are consistently achievedDrive continuous improvements in design standards, workflows, and team performance
