We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive business through DSA & Connector channels and lead a team of 3–5 Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities:Drive Prime/Near Prime LAP sales & disbursementsManage, develop & expand DSA/Connector networksLead, mentor & drive productivity of the sales teamEnsure solid lead conversion, TAT & file qualityIdentify new markets and business opportunitiesCoordinate with Credit, Legal & Operations for smooth processingMonitor MIS, pipeline and business performance

Ideal Candidate:✔️ Experience in LAP / Secured Lending / Housing Finance / NBFC / Banking✔️ Strong DSA & Connector network✔️ Proven team management & business delivery skills✔️ Good understanding of ₹50L–₹2 Cr ticket-size LAP business
