complete customer order journey—from component readiness to final dispatch.
This is
not just an Assembly/Production role.
It is an
Order Convergence role
with one explicit objective:
Ensure every order is complete, correct, quality-checked, packed and dispatched on the committed date.
What you’ll own• Order Completion & OTIF performance• Final assembly, kitting, packing & dispatch readiness• Daily order sequencing and shortage management• Coordination across Carcass, Shutter, Stores, Planning, Quality & Logistics• Final QC, set integrity and error-proofing• WIP and orphan-order control• Productivity, cost,
5S & safety• Barcode/ERP-based completion tracking• Building a high-performing assembly & packing team
Who are we looking for?• E. / B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering with 10–15 years in manufacturing operations, of which a minimum of 4–5 years must be in final assembly, kitting, consolidation, sub-assembly marriage or order-wise packing and dispatch.• High-mix / engineered-to-order manufacturing• Managing large shopfloor teams and supervisors
