The Client Success Manager at Nandi Nivesh Private Limited owns the complete client journey - from the first financial planning conversation through onboarding, portfolio reviews, and ongoing servicing. This is a relationship-first role that demands financial knowledge, empathy, and the discipline to follow through. You will manage your own book of clients independently, with full support from our senior team during your training period.

ResponsibilitiesConduct planning discussions with new clients - understand their goals, time horizon, and risk appetite.Complete end-to-end client onboarding including documentation and KYC coordinationBuild and present customised investment proposals aligned to client goals and risk profileManage ongoing client relationships through periodic portfolio reviews and proactive communicationHandle client servicing requests including transactions, redemptions, switches,



and queriesMaintain accurate client records and track portfolio performance against goalsEnsure all client interactions meet regulatory and compliance standards

QualificationsMBA in Finance (mandatory) or graduate with relevant experience in financial servicesNISM Series V-D certified, or willing to complete within 3 months of joining (prior holders preferred)Solid interpersonal skills - comfortable having in-depth financial conversations with clientsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneouslySelf-driven and accountable - you will manage your client book independentlyPrior exposure to mutual funds, wealth management, or financial planning is an advantage
