Job PurposeWe are looking for an experienced

Sub Area Security Manager

to oversee and manage security operations within a multi-business facility. The role will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure setting for visitors, employees, assets, and infrastructure.The incumbent will implement security policies and protocols, manage emergency response procedures, coordinate event security, monitor surveillance and access control operations, and ensure effective incident management with minimal inconvenience to customers and visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and ensure adherence to security policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures across the facility.Oversee day-to-day security operations to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.Ensure the operational readiness and effective functioning of the

Satellite Operations Centre/Security Operations Centre , including surveillance and other security equipment.Monitor and safeguard all assets, infrastructure, and security equipment within the assigned area.Plan, coordinate, and manage security arrangements for events, VIP visits, and other special activities.Ensure effective personnel and vehicle screening while maintaining a customer-friendly and hospitality-oriented approach.Identify potential security gaps, vulnerabilities, and breaches and take appropriate corrective actions.Act as a key escalation point for security incidents, emergencies, and operational issues.Respond to emergencies in accordance with established security and emergency response procedures.Conduct regular security inspections, mock drills, emergency preparedness exercises, and training programs for relevant stakeholders.Coordinate and maintain effective liaison with cross-functional teams, facility management,



operations teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth security operations.Investigate security incidents and breaches, identify root causes, and recommend preventive and corrective measures.Ensure timely reporting and escalation of security incidents to the

IOC/Head of Operations/Management .Prepare incident reports, security status reports, investigation reports, and other MIS for management review.Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, procedures, and applicable safety and security standards.Continuously review security processes and recommend improvements to strengthen asset protection and operational security.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of

facility security, asset protection, and access control management .Experience in

security operations, surveillance, incident management, and emergency response .Ability to identify security risks, vulnerabilities, and potential threats.Excellent understanding of security protocols, emergency procedures, and crisis management.Strong surveillance and monitoring skills.Knowledge of personnel and vehicle screening procedures.Experience in conducting security drills, training, and emergency preparedness programs.Strong investigation, problem-solving, and incident reporting skills.Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, external agencies, and other stakeholders.Customer-oriented and hospitality-focused mindset while maintaining a strong focus on security and risk mitigation.Good communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Ability to remain calm and take quick decisions during emergencies and critical situations.Preferred BackgroundCandidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:Corporate or Commercial Facility SecurityAsset ProtectionSecurity OperationsAccess Control and SurveillanceEmergency Response and Crisis ManagementEvent SecurityIncident InvestigationCommand Centre/Security Operations Centre
