Title: Client Account Manager Location: Remote (India) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK Time We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to take ownership of client delivery across website development, Shopify, WordPress, digital marketing, SEO, and web application projects. This is not a project coordinator role. We are looking for someone who can independently manage projects from discovery through to delivery, lead client communications, coordinate internal teams, manage timelines, identify risks, and ensure projects are delivered successfully without constant supervision. The successful candidate will become the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for managing expectations, maintaining project momentum, and ensuring a high standard of delivery across multiple concurrent projects. Own client projects from onboarding through to completion • Create project plans, timelines, milestones and delivery schedules • Manage developers, designers, SEO specialists, content writers and marketing teams • Ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope • Proactively identify risks, delays and bottlenecks before they impact delivery • Manage project budgets and commercial considerations where required • Ensure all project activity is tracked and maintained within Monday.Monitor project profitability and resource utilisation • Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining excellent service levels • Escalate only significant commercial,



technical or client-related risks to management Required Experience: • Minimum 5+ years experience managing digital agency projects • Proven experience managing Shopify projects • Robust experience managing WordPress projects (Nice to have)• Experience delivering web applications, client portals or SaaS platforms • Experience working with SEO, content, social media and digital marketing teams • Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects • Strong understanding of website development workflows • Experience managing remote teams • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Experience working with UK, US or Australian clients Understand WordPress development workflows • Understand website hosting and domain management • Estimate project effort and identify delivery risks • Tools Experience: • Microsoft Teams • Microsoft Office • Google Workspace • WordPress • ChatGPT and AI productivity tools Independently manage all assigned client accounts • Run client meetings without supervision • Maintain accurate project plans and deadlines • Reduce client complaints and delivery issues • Improve communication, accountability and project visibility across the business Project coordinators seeking their first management role • Candidates without agency experience • Candidates who have only worked in corporate PMO environments • Candidates without direct client-facing experience • Candidates with no Shopify or website project experience Compensation: 55k-60K/Month(Slightly Negotiable)
