You would also be presenting design propositions and solutions to stakeholders using wireframes, mock-ups, or high-fidelity prototypes. Feedback is breakfast of champions, and we'd ensure you'd get as much as you need to iterate and improve to reach our mutual goal of building a world-class product. Ideate and implement solutions that overlap customer needs, design and technology. Gather requirements from stakeholders, derive problem statements and plan design engagements. Be the owner & decision-maker of design for one or more major features in the consumer app. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until its launch. Ensuring design quality, consistency, and coherence within the product. Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant. Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality. Comfortably build out experiences on design tools as well as AI/vibe-coding interfaces. Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.



Research, learn and implement design guidelines, best practices and design standards. Experiment and validate design ideas and opinions. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in design. ~3-5 years of experience designing in consumer-focused product companies. ~ Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Principle etc. ~ Experience designing using AI/vibe-coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Google Stitch, Figma Make, Lovable etc. Exceptional analytical skills, with an ability to quickly translate both qualitative and quantitative data-driven insights into actions. ~ Excellent visual design skills, experience in illustration & motion design is a plus. ~ A new bank for a new India slice’s purpose is to make the world better at using money and time, with a major focus on building the best consumer experience for your money.
