Lead performance reviews, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and corrective actions. Strategic Business Partnering Act as a strategic finance partner to senior business leaders, co-owning business targets and outcomes. Drive a deep understanding of business operations and key value drivers to identify growth, profitability, and productivity opportunities. Challenge assumptions and influence decisions through solid commercial and financial insights. Category & Commercial Finance Lead financial strategy across categories, with ownership of profitability, pricing, margins, inventory, and supplier economics. Partner with Commercial, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to optimize margins, inventory,



and working capital. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team with strong commercial and analytical capabilities. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and business ownership. Drive process simplification, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.
