The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and consulting skills, with the ability to develop integrated solutions that address client objectives and drive business growth. Strategic Solutioning & Planning Understand client business objectives, brand challenges, and growth opportunities to develop strategic business solutions. Analyze client businesses, competitors, consumer insights, and market trends to recommend integrated marketing and communication strategies. Lead the development of solution frameworks that align client requirements with Schbang's capabilities. Business Opportunity Assessment Partner with the Business Development team to evaluate and qualify new business opportunities. Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to identify business challenges and strategic objectives. Define project scope, solution approach, commercials,



and timelines for new business proposals. Proposal Development & Client Pitching Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge and commercially viable business solutions. Stay updated with evolving consumer behavior, business trends, and the digital ecosystem to enhance solution offerings. Work closely with Strategy, Creative, Client Servicing, Finance, and Leadership teams to ensure solutions are strategically robust and commercially feasible. Ensure a seamless transition from business acquisition to project execution by coordinating with internal stakeholders. 3–5 years of experience in Integrated Solutions, Business Development, Strategy, Brand Planning, Brand Solution , preferably within a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency. ~ Strong understanding of brand strategy, business planning, and integrated marketing solutions. ~ Proven experience in creating winning proposals, pitch decks, and strategic presentations. ~
