The team focuses on end-to-end brand building, including strategy, verbal and visual identity, content, and creative communications. Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Own the full inbound sales cycle end to end. Take every lead coming in from the website, qualify it, run the product demo, send the quote, negotiate and close. Ensure all activity is tracked and closed in the CRM.
Disqualify low-fit leads with documented reasoning in the CRM Lead qualification calls Conduct qualification calls with interested leads Document call outcome in the CRM Create and own the opportunity in the CRM through to close Log demo outcome and agreed next steps immediately after the call Handle objections, negotiate commercials and secure internal approval on exceptions Hand over to delivery with a clean scope summary and mark the prospect closed-won in the CRM Close all tasks in the CRM upon completion (qualified/disqualified/demo done/quoted/won/lost)~ Sales and product feedback ~ Continuously share feedback on sales cycle and product We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of work experience. Sales qualification, discovery and demo delivery skills Discipline with CRM hygiene, task closure and documentation (non-negotiable).
