Location: Chennai (5 days WFO) *Experience: 10 to 17 Years* Leading B2C Travel-Tech Business Financial Strategy & Business Planning – Own the company‘s financial strategy, annual operating plan, long-range planning, budgeting, and forecasting. P&L; & Business Performance – Drive financial performance across revenue, margins, costs, profitability, and cash flows, partnering closely with business leaders to improve outcomes. FP&A; & MIS – Build robust financial dashboards, management reporting, business reviews, and forward-looking analysis that enable faster decision-making. Business & Unit Economics – Deep-dive into customer acquisition, contribution margins, destination/product profitability, channel economics, and other key B2C travel metrics. Fundraising & Investor Management – Partner with founders on fundraising, investor communication, financial modelling, due diligence, and preparation of investor materials. Financial Controls & Governance – Strengthen accounting, internal controls, compliance, audit processes, and financial governance as the business scales. Commercial Finance – Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Leadership teams on pricing, promotions, customer economics, and strategic business decisions. Finance Team Leadership – Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team with strong ownership across controllership, FP&A;, taxation, treasury, and business finance. Strategic Decision Support – Act as a key thought partner to the founders,



bringing financial rigour and commercial insight to major growth and investment decisions. Clear and accurate visibility into P&L;, cash flow, and business performance Stronger financial controls and governance across the organisation Improved unit economics and profitability across business lines Robust forecasting with minimal surprises versus actual performance Finance becomes a strong strategic partner to the founders and business teams Scalable finance systems and processes to support the next phase of growth Strong investor, audit, tax, and regulatory management Strong experience in CFO / Head of Finance / Finance Director roles Strong FP&A;, P&L; management, cash-flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls experience Strong commercial orientation with the ability to connect financial metrics to business outcomes Experience building and scaling finance processes in a growth-stage organisation Solid understanding of unit economics, profitability, and working capital Experience in B2C, consumer internet, travel, hospitality, e-commerce, marketplace, or technology businesses Experience in a venture-funded / growth-stage company Experience managing fundraising, investor relations, and due diligence Experience leading and scaling finance teams CA / MBA (Finance) preferred Prior experience with businesses at ₹450 Cr+ revenue scale is preferred Travel-tech / hospitality industry experience Experience with technology-enabled, high-volume consumer businesses
