Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kochi. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, present fintech platform and API solutions to prospective clients, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and demos, preparing proposals and pricing, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate sales records in CRM tools.



The role involves collaborating with product and technical teams to align client requirements, providing timely post-sales follow-up, and contributing to sales forecasts and market insights. The Sales Executive will also represent the company at industry events, build long-term client relationships, and work toward achieving individual and team sales targets. Strong consultative sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation. Knowledge of fintech, payment solutions, or financial services, with the ability to understand APIs and platform-based products. Comfort using CRM systems, productivity tools, and basic data analysis to track performance and improve sales effectiveness. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in B2B sales, particularly in technology or financial services, is an advantage. Self-motivated work approach, strong time management, and willingness to work from the Kochi office.
