Business Development Manager – OdishaPools | Fountains | Water Features | Project Sales Company: Renewable Energy Solutions / Liquidscape Location: Bhubaneswar Experience: 7–12 years preferred Travel: Extensive travel across Odisha About RES - Liquidscape Liquidscape, the water-feature division of Renewable Energy Solutions, specialises in the design, engineering and execution of swimming pools, architectural fountains, musical/dancing fountains, water bodies and associated electro-mechanical systems. We have successfully executed multiple projects across Odisha, including projects in Bhubaneswar, Rourkela, Sambalpur, Koraput, Titlagarh and other locations , and currently have ongoing projects in the state. We are now establishing a dedicated business-development operation in Bhubaneswar to aggressively expand across Odisha. The opportunity We are looking for a commercially aggressive, well-connected Business Development Manager who can take ownership of the Odisha market. This is not a conventional sales role . The successful candidate will be expected to build relationships with the people who influence projects before they become tenders or quotations .



Develop Liquidscape's business across Odisha PMCs and contractors Identify upcoming projects at an early stage Develop fountain and water-feature opportunities in government, institutional and private projects Build relationships with decision-makers and project influencers Leverage existing Liquidscape Odisha projects to generate introductions Monitor competitors and market developments Develop and maintain a strong CRM pipeline Travel extensively across Odisha as required Has 7+ years of B2B/project-sales experience Has a robust understanding of the Odisha construction/project ecosystem Has existing relationships with architects/developers/contractors/industrial organisations Has a proven record of opening new accounts Is comfortable with extensive field travel Communicates confidently in Odia, English and Hindi Building materials | HVAC | Elevators | Pumps | Water Treatment | Landscaping | Waterproofing | Lighting | Electrical/MEP | Construction Equipment | Infrastructure | Industrial Equipment | Project Sales Experience specifically in swimming pools/fountains is not mandatory .
