Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Faridabad. The Telecaller will engage with prospective students and families over phone calls, explain AdmitVerse’s services, and answer queries about admissions in India and abroad. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, maintaining call logs,



and updating information in the CRM or tracking systems. The Telecaller will collaborate with the admissions and counseling teams to support lead generation, conversion, and an excellent experience for all prospective learners. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with transparent and confident telephone etiquette. Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or call tracking systems. Customer service mindset with patience, empathy, and a professional approach to handling queries and concerns. Organizational skills to manage call volumes, maintain records, and follow up with leads in a timely manner. Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory. Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree is an advantage.
