We have a growing Global Capability Centre (GCC) practice, partnering with large multinational enterprises to build, scale, and operate dedicated shared-services and delivery centres — spanning Finance & Accounts, HR, IT, Legal, and Marketing. We are actively expanding our GCC delivery leadership bench in India and are building a pipeline of senior leaders for upcoming large-scale, multi-function GCC engagements, including Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) mandates.About the OpportunityWe are building a pipeline of senior delivery executives for upcoming large-scale GCC engagements based out of Kolkata — including flagship BOT mandates involving greenfield, multi-function setups for global enterprise clients.



These engagements involve consolidating dispersed support functions from 10+ geographies into single, centralized, AI-enabled shared services centres.
