Process Brief & Position Summary

- Basic computer skills are a requisite.
- Knowledge about Insurance would be an added advantage
- Process requires knowledge of French language (minimum B2)

Key Accountabilities

- Indexing of documents, quotation for new business and midterm changes for Motor, Legel, travel and Household Insurance
- Processing & meeting the daily targets of -Productivity, Quality, TAT & Utilization
- Query Resolution
- Processing and meeting the daily targets of work along with maintaining high quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently contributing towards achieving the process KPIs

Specific knowledge required

Any Graduate/Post Grad French or equivalent degree in French from a recognized university

Position Summary





The position involves indexing of documents, quotation for new business and Midterm changes for Motor, Legal, travel and Household Insurance

- Excellent spoken and written French skills.
- Knowledge of insurance business would be an added advantage
