Required Qualifications & Skills

- 5 to 7 years of solid experience as full stack developer
- Strong proficiency in Next js, Nest Js, Vue js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks
- Extensive experience with NestJS, Node js, RESTful API development, and backend design patterns
- Hands on expertise in PostgreSQL, database schema design, and performance optimization
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, container orchestration, and cloud deployments
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, and OWASP guidelines
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise application development
- Familiarity with Kubernetes or container orchestration concepts
- API security using JWT, OAuth2, and rolebased access control
- CI/CD pipelines and build automation
- Cloudnative development exposure on Google Cloud Platform
- Logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting backend systems
- General Insurance domain knowledge in health/motor/travel insurance
