Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the development process and ensuring successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Lead the team in the design and development of SAP ABAP applications.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
