- Manage statutory audits, internal control reviews, and other assurance engagements in accordance with IGAAP and Indian GAAP.
- Lead a team of auditors to deliver high-quality services to clients across various industries.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 13-15 years of experience in auditing, preferably in an accounting firm or similar organization.
- Strong knowledge of IGAAP, Indian GAAP, R2R (Regulatory Reporting), and Statutory Audit requirements.
- Proven track record of managing teams effectively and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
