Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of ETL processes using Snowflake to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data pipelines that meet business requirements.
- Develop test plans, scripts, and execute tests to ensure high-quality delivery of ETL projects.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members on best practices for ETL development.
- Design and implement data models and architectures to support ETL processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies for ETL project delivery.

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in leading ETL projects using Snowflake or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of SQL programming language and ability to write complex queries.
- Experience working in a fast-paced workplace with multiple priorities.
- Good experience as a Lead.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare or financial services industries is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
