Role & responsibilities

- Lead annual budgeting and periodic financial forecasting to support business objectives.
- Drive product costing and cost optimization initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct profitability, loss, and gap analysis to improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive business decisions.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management insights.
- Monitor financial KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure financial governance, reporting accuracy, and compliance with internal controls.

Preferred candidate profile

- CMA or CMA Intermediate.
- 6 to 9 years of experience in business finance.
- Experience in the automobile manufacturing industry preferred.
- Robust knowledge of budgeting, costing, forecasting, and financial analysis.
