We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Executive with 3-4 years of experience to coordinate and supervise the company's marketing activities. The role involves working closely with existing marketing agencies, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, monitoring branding activities, and supporting the sales team with marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for campaign planning and execution.
- Supervise deliverables from advertising, branding, and digital agencies.
- Monitor social media campaigns, website updates, online advertisements, and lead generation activities.
- Verify and process agency invoices and maintain marketing expenditure records.
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, fabrication, and promotional material.
- Supervise project branding, including:
- Site hoardings
- Flex banners
- Directional signage
- Sales office branding
- Standees
- Project brochures
- Ensure timely installation and maintenance of branding material across project sites.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and creative agencies.
- Assist in planning promotional events, exhibitions, project launches, and customer engagement activities.
- Support the sales team with marketing collateral and promotional material.
- Monitor competitors' marketing activities and prepare periodic reports.
- Maintain records of marketing campaigns and agency performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of:
- Digital Marketing

- Experience coordinating with agencies and external vendors.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
