- Lead development and commercialization of creative dairy products based on consumer insights and market trends.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle, partnering with business, manufacturing, and vendors to ensure timely launches and competitive advantage.
- Optimize formulations and processes to improve margins while maintaining product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Establish robust systems, SOPs, and technology transfer processes while ensuring adherence to food safety and legal requirements.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, managing innovation pipelines and strengthening organizational capability in dairy product development.
Preferred candidate profile
12-15 years of Experience in Dairy product development and scale up
Added experience of 1-2 years in Dairy Manufacturing will be preferable
