We are looking for an experienced

1) Production Supervisor for VMC and

2)Production Supervisor for CNC section to oversee machining operations and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities in the VMC and CNC machine shop.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, cycle time, and overall equipment efficiency.
- Plan and allocate manpower effectively to meet daily production requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, Stores, and PPC departments for smooth production.
- Monitor quality, reduce rejection and rework, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure availability of tools, fixtures,



and raw materials for uninterrupted production.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports and MIS.
- Implement and sustain 5S, safety, and shop floor discipline.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Knowledge of PPC (Production Planning & Control) will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in VMC/CNC machining and production supervision.
- Good understanding of machining processes, production planning, quality systems, and manpower management.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
