Role & Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
- Configure and support Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Power Platform applications.
- Design and implement business processes, workflows, and automation using Power Automate.
- Develop and customize Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, plugins, business rules, JavaScript, and custom workflows.
- Customize Dataverse entities, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and Business Process Flows (BPFs).
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with external applications using REST APIs and Web APIs.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodology and maintain source code using Git/Azure DevOps.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 34 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).




- Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations or Project Service Automation (PSA) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps (Model-Driven and/or Canvas Apps), and Dataverse.
- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugin development, and custom workflow activities.
- Experience in Dynamics 365 customization, business rules, Business Process Flows, security roles, solution management, and integrations.
- Positive understanding of REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD concepts.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.
