About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Draftsman with 4–5 years of experience in landscape architecture to support the design team in preparing accurate technical drawings and construction documentation. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of landscape detailing, drafting standards, and coordination with design and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed landscape drawings, including planting plans, hardscape layouts, grading plans, and construction details.
- Develop and revise CAD drawings based on design inputs and project requirements.
- Coordinate with landscape architects and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and BOQ support drawings.
- Ensure compliance with company drafting standards and project specifications.




- Incorporate revisions received from clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain drawing records and project documentation.

Required Skills

- 4–5 years of drafting experience in landscape architecture or allied fields.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of landscape construction, hardscape, and softscape detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and landscape drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
