- Responsible for the localization of ZF Products.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify product improvement.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to align localization strategies with overall business goals.
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and analyse product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Development of new suppliers in coordination with Purchase department.
Your Profile as Commissioning Engineer Senior Manager - Assembly Line -Test Systems
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering, Business, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Proven experience of NPD (1015 years) in a similar industry of testing equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful localization strategies.
- Robust networking in Indian Automotive OEMs as well as with relevant suppliers. PM experience in a similar industry is a plus.
