They may have little experience but may not have a qualified qualification
They follow standard procedures and are responsible for perform basic routine based tasks in defined parameters but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures
They work under moderate supervision and communicate information that requires moderate interpretation
Qualifications: Typically requires a High School education or equivalent and minimum of 3 years of experience
