Role & responsibilities

3D Modeling: Utilize Revit software to develop detailed 3D models of architectural projects, incorporating accurate dimensions, materials, and building components.

Technical Drawings & Documentation: Generate high-quality construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules using Revit, ensuring compliance with ADA rules, building codes, standards, and project requirements.

Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to integrate their input and expertise into the project. Effectively communicate design ideas and resolve any design conflicts or issues.

Quality Control: Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of Revit models, drawings, and documentation to maintain the highest standards of quality and adherence to project requirements before sending client.

Revit Expertise: Serve as the go-to person for Revit-related questions and provide training and guidance to team members on Revit best practices, workflows, and techniques.

Design Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve design efficiency and quality by leveraging Revit's capabilities, automation tools, and parametric modeling techniques.

Time Management: Meet project deadlines and deliverables while ensuring high-quality work. Prioritize tasks effectively and seek guidance when needed.

Continual Learning: Stay up to date with the latest Revit developments, industry trends, and best practices.



Explore and experiment with new Revit features and functionalities to enhance project workflows and deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Bachelors degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

Revit Proficiency: Extensive experience working with Autodesk Revit software, with a robust understanding of its capabilities and best practices for architectural design and documentation.

Technical Skills: Proficient in creating complex 3D models, families, and parametric components in Revit. Solid knowledge of construction documentation standards, building codes, and regulations.

Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and external consultants.

Problem-solving Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve design conflicts or issues in Revit models.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in Revit models, drawings, and documentation.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies, software updates, and changing project requirements.

Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating your proficiency in Revit, showcasing completed projects, and demonstrating your ability to create accurate 3D models and construction documentation.
