We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Inhouse Consultant for Sales & Distribution (SD) to
join our Indiabased SAP Application Management Services team.
This role focuses on ensuring stable global sales and logistics operations, driving
enhancements, supporting Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives, and enabling
continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution processes in an
international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure endtoend business operations (L3 support) for SAP ScheduletoFulfill (S2F),
OrdertoCash (O2C) and MarkettoOffer (M2O) processes
• Analyze, process, and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within the SAP
SD environment
• Prepare functional and technical specifications and maintain solution, process and test
documentation
• Perform root cause analyses and implement sustainable corrective and preventive
actions
• Plan and execute change requests, enhancements, and continuous improvements of
SAP SD processes
• Ensuring all changes are executed within a validated, GxPregulated SAP setting,




including documentation of test evidence, risk assessments and quality approvals
• Configure and enhance SAP SD components, including sales orders, deliveries, billing,
returns, pricing, and output management
• Advise business stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA SD capabilities, standard processes,
and CleanCorealigned solution designs
• Collaborate with ABAP and Fiori development teams for enhancements, bugfixing and
technical implementations
• Support functional and automated regression testing in cooperation with test automation
teams
• Contribute to SAP rollouts, upgrades, release cycles and continuous system
improvements
• Work crossfunctionally to ensure seamless integration with MM, WM/eWM, PP, FI/CO
and external applications
• Participate in AMS initiatives using agile and classical project management
methodologies

• Support the lifecycle management of SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution, ensuring
system stability, compliance and longterm sustainability
