Responsibilities
- Customize SAP PS to meet business needs.
- SAP PS Configurations.
- Support and troubleshoot SAP PS-related issues (L3 support).
- Manage high-priority incidents (P1/P2), perform RCA, and maintain SLAs.
- Handle project structures, cost planning, and revenue recognition.
- Support agency closing processes and continuous improvements.
- Integrate SAP with in-house and third-party systems.
- Lead workshops for process adoption and major enhancements.
- Prepare effort estimates and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing.
- Prepare and update support documentation and training materials.
- Driving automation initiatives and enhancing in-house tools to streamline organizational processes and maximize operational efficiency.
- Analyze IT processes and propose improvements to bring solution improvements.
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions.
- Track delivery timelines and gather feedback.
