We are looking for a skilled Salesforce (SFDC) Developer to design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and high-performing Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and page layouts
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Write and maintain triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous Apex
- Ensure best practices around code quality, security, and performance optimization
- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design discussions, and code reviews
- Support production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Prepare technical documentation and deployment plans

Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Development (SFDC)
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce implementations




- Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and security model
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with deployment tools such as Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Git
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Good to Have:
- Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc. )
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Community Cloud or Experience Cloud
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and web technologies

Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented workplace
