Role & responsibilities:

• Hand on experience in application performance monitoring and analysis using Dynatrace,
• Experience in designing and implementing sophisticated data visualization strategies
• Performance tuning, updating baseline monitoring and assist in filling any gaps in exiting monitoring setting.
• Act as a technical expert in observability, automation, and intelligence using the Dynatrace platform
• Provide hands-on, administrator support for Dynatrace with hand on coding skill.
• Implement monitors, maintenance, configuration, integrity, tuning, and troubleshooting
• Configuration of settings for monitoring, services, log analytics, anomaly detection.
• Create dashboards and charts within the Dynatrace platform




• Utilize visualizations and data provided from Dynatrace to deliver application and infrastructure monitoring information to key stakeholders and other technical resources
• Create and maintain reports, custom views, custom metrics, alerts, and dashboards to track application and infrastructure performance and health

Good to have-
• Good communication skill along with expertise in domain knowledge and ITIL knowledge as well.
• Provide guidance, informal training and recommendations regarding use of the Dynatrace tool for application performance analysis in case of Major Incidents
• Participate in the continuous improvement process
• Analyze application performance in production applications
• Train and transfer knowledge to the agencys personnel on all activities detailed in this effort
• Support additional Dynatrace tools as required
