- Monitor vehicle and charger uptime and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Plan, schedule and monitor preventive, breakdown, repair and accident-related maintenance activities.
- Implement and monitor the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule across assigned locations.
- Track vehicle maintenance performance, repair turnaround time and recurring maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with workshops, OEMs, suppliers and service providers for timely completion of repair jobs.
- Ensure effective utilization of company-owned and authorized external workshops.
- Monitor spare parts availability and coordinate with relevant teams to avoid maintenance delays.
- Identify opportunities to improve asset utilization and reduce maintenance-related Total Cost of Operations (TCO).
- Maintain maintenance records, reports and performance dashboards for vehicles, chargers and workshops.
- Support the Head R&M; in tracking maintenance expenses and achieving cost-reduction objectives.
- Ensure all repair and maintenance activities comply with Health, Safety and Workplace (HSE) requirements.
- Conduct regular checks of workshop processes and ensure adherence to 5S and safety standards.
- Identify operational risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Operations and other cross-functional teams to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Guide and monitor supervisors, technicians and workshop teams to ensure effective day-to-day performance.
- Support training and capability development of the R&M; team.
- Escalate critical vehicle, charger, safety, cost and operational issues to the Head – R&M.;
- Support the safe and lawful disposal of obsolete assets as required.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automobile or Mechatronics Engineering preferred.
- Relevant experience in fleet maintenance, automotive maintenance or workshop operations.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance processes and repair operations.
- Experience managing preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ability to coordinate with OEMs, workshops, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple maintenance activities across locations.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of safety, HSE and 5S practices.
