- Roles & Responsibility:

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

• Design and update job descriptions

• Screening incoming resumes and application forms

• Known with handling of job portals

• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

• Follow up on the interview process status

• Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle

• Coordinate development of an on boarding plan

• Create and send offer letters and current employee orientation packages

• Follow through the entire hiring process from arranging interviews, obtaining Management approval, preparing and sending offer letters, pre-boarding and on boarding activities

• Maintain personal employee’s files

• Partner with Senior Leaders and Executives to develop long term staffing strategies

• Handling payroll activities and prepare the monthly salary sheets.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work as a part of a team.

Experience - : 3 - 5 Years

Qualification: MBA, MSW (HR Specialization)

Location: Tathawade (Pimpri Chinchwad)

CTC - 3- 3.5 L/A
