Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead HR to lead our Human Resources and Administrative functions. This role will be crucial in overseeing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, HR compliance, and administrative operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all HR and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will align HR initiatives with the business objectives of MAG Finserv Co. Ltd. and contribute to the companys long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the execution of HR initiatives including employee engagement, talent management, and leadership development.

- Talent Acquisition:

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and design appropriate recruitment strategies.

- Performance Management:

- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Provide coaching and feedback to department managers to enhance performance and productivity.

- HR Policies & Compliance:

- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Payroll:





- Oversee payroll processing and manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Analyze compensation trends and ensure competitive remuneration packages.

- HR Technology:

- Implement and maintain HR systems and databases for productive HR processes.
- Leverage technology to streamline HR operations and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Degree in Human Resources. Masters degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the financial services.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Location – Pune
- Experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Familiarity with HR software and HRIS systems.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Marathi (expert) and English (average +)
