Key Responsibilities
Daily dispatch planning and coordination
Preparation of dispatch documents and invoices
Material loading and vehicle coordination
Maintaining dispatch records and registers
ERP/SAP entries for dispatch transactions
Coordination with Production, Store, Quality & Logistics teams
Tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery
Maintaining proper packaging and material identification
Candidate Profile
14 years of experience in a manufacturing company
Valuable knowledge of dispatch and logistics activities
Basic computer/ERP knowledge
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage dispatch documentation
