Automation Analyst (Oracle HCM) - 6 to 9 Years (4C)
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Advantages, and Absence Management.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into reusable automation components and regression suites.
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing while ensuring test coverage and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with functional SMEs, developers, and business users to validate end-to-end processes.
- Support CI/CD execution, defect analysis, test reporting, and automation maintenance.
- Experience with Opkey (Mandatory)
