Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

- Drive new product introduction and product launch activities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
- Track product development milestones and project timelines.
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and identify new product opportunities.
- Support product strategy, portfolio management, and lifecycle management activities.
- Analyze product performance, pricing, and profitability.
- Identify risks and drive corrective actions to meet business objectives.
- Support go-to-market activities and product growth initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Planning, NPI/NPD, Project Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Strategy.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in Automotive, Aftermarket, Manufacturing, Industrial, or OEM domain preferred.
- Knowledge of PLM, Product Portfolio Management, Pricing, Market Analysis, and Product Launch processes.
