Role & responsibilities
Maintain relationships with existing AIDs and service their requirements.
- Onboarding recent AIDs and creating a database of all active architects in defined geography.
- Maintain & Update CML (Customer Master List) for AIDs.
- Plan potential business in your territory & categories via AIDs.
- Lead generation by showcasing offerings through catalogs & brochures and informing AIDs about new launches and product updates, followed by scheduling meetings to strengthen engagement.
- Conduct site visits to end customers homes, act as the Point of Contact (POC) for escalations, and ensure a smooth experience during home dcor integration.
- Maintain tracker with weekly visits to architects and updates on:
i.
Number of catalogs/collaterals distributed
ii.
Number of product briefings conducted
iii.
Number of AID sites visited
- Coordinate with business category teams for backend support and seamless execution
