Mission / Purpose of the Role

To lead the GBS AI Factory in designing, developing, and scaling agentic AI solutions by combining strong software engineering expertise, delivery leadership, and business alignment. The role focuses on delivering high-value, production-grade AI solutions across global finance processes while translating strategic AI vision into execution.

Key Requirements

Education

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field

Candidate Preferences (Mandatory)

- Candidates from Banking & Insurance domain should NOT be considered
- Experience in Supply Chain + Finance + Manufacturing domain
- Must have a valid passport (travel to Europe may be required)
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC & ABAP (Finance & Accounting modules)
- Experience in AI-driven automation of accounting processes, including:

- Invoice processing
- Accounts payable automation

Experience

- 8–12 years of experience in Software Engineering and Solution Development
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and complex project delivery
- Strong exposure to AI/ML or Automation technologies (GenAI preferred)
- Experience in enterprise environments and large-scale transformation programs

Technical Skills

- Solid background in Software Architecture & End-to-End Solution Delivery
- Experience with Cloud Technologies (Azure preferred)
- Understanding of:

- Agentic AI
- Automation frameworks
- Intelligent workflow orchestration

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions




- Strong program/project management skills
- Experience in defining:

- Engineering standards
- Governance frameworks
- Best practices

- Experience in GenAI within Manufacturing / Logistics / Supply Chain domains, especially aligned with finance processes like:

- Transaction processing
- Invoice processing
- Accounts payable

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the roadmap for Agentic AI solutions across GBS
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions
- Oversee development and deployment ensuring scalable, production-grade outcomes
- Provide technical leadership and architectural direction
- Establish engineering standards, governance, and best practices
- Build and lead a high-performing AI Factory team

- Recruit and manage a team of 5–6 members initially

- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies
- Drive continuous improvement, ROI tracking, and adoption of AI solutions
- Collaborate closely with:

- Finance leadership
- Process owners
- IT and data teams
