Job Summary
Anand Enterprises is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Manager to manage warehouse operations and inventory efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, stock control, material management, and inventory reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations.
- Maintain inventory and stock records.
- Handle stock inward and stock outward.
- Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials.
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Perform stock verification and physical inventory audits.
- Maintain inventory documentation.
- Record material movement accurately.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales and operations.
- Ensure proper storage and organization.
- Resolve stock discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
- 5 -7 years of experience in Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Material Management, or Store Operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures.
- Experience in stock inward, stock outward and material movement.
- Good understanding of warehouse management practices.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to perform stock reconciliation and inventory audits.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The candidate should be fluent in Marathi and Hindi. Proficiency in English will be an added advantage
