1. Role - Act as Cost estimator for Sheet Metal & Plastic Parts for Recent and current parts. Negotiate and bring the cost to achieve the product cost within budget.
Responsibilities-Looking candidate with following skills and experience-
* Sound Knowledge of Raw Material Cost , Sheet metal parts and Plastic molding parts costing using best methods like ZBC, Should costing etc.
* Should have good process knowledge including related factors like Machines, labor cost, Indirect cost etc.
* Must be able to include Jigs & fixtures and other tooling cost in cost estimation.
Candidate- BE / DME with 5-10 years of experience in Costing/ Price panel function in Sheet Metal/ Plastic parts manufacturing companies.
*Proven work experience as a cost estimator.
*High-level mathematical skills, Ability to read and interpret blueprints.




*Good verbal and written communication skills. 6 Advanced analytical skills.
*Proficient with computer estimation software. Project management skills.
*Cost Negotiation & Settlement with customer/Supplier
*Zero Basis Cost Analysis. Labour Cost calculation.
* Knowledge of Different types of Raw Materials.
* Knowledge of Welding Process, Process Knowledge of Surface Treatment.
*Tender Costing, Familiar with Engineering Drawings.
* Knowledge of Geometrical Tolerance & Symbols.
* Knowledge of Tools, Jigs & Fixtures.
* Basic and Advance Knowledge of SAP/Excel Software
