Role & responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
- Ensure timely loading and unloading of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
- Monitor warehouse cleanliness and organize storage areas for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Investigate and resolve inventory or shipment issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
