Key Responsibilities

- Lead and own end-to-end ServiceNow development activities
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Define and enforce development standards and best practices
• Design and implement solutions including customization, configuration, and integrations
• Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality delivery
• Mentor and guide development teams
• Manage release, deployment, and CI/CD processes
• Design integrations using REST APIs and MID Server
• Monitor platform performance and ensure stability
• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Solid expertise in: JavaScript (client-side & server-side)
- Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts




- Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
- Service Portal / UI Builder
- ACLs, Data Policies, and Security Model
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CSM, SPM
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server)
• Knowledge of release management and upgrade-safe development
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS)
• Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Exposure to CMDB, CSDM frameworks
• Experience working with global stakeholders and vendors
